A Sked Street resident reported the theft of jewelry valued at approximately $40,000 to $50,000 from the bedroom of her home March 6. The victim said she did not know when the theft occurred.

Police were sent to a Route 31 business to investigate a vehicle fire on March 5. The SUV was fully involved in flames. The fire was extinguished. There were no reported injuries.

A fire was reported at the Pennington Quality Market on March 2. Patrons had been evacuated and store employees extinguished the fire by the time police arrived. The store reopened after the fire.

A Sked Street resident reported March 1 that hundreds of silver coins were missing from the basement of his home. He said the coins, which were valued at $9,000, could have been missing for months.
