Police: Homeless man threatens person with knife at store

A 38-year-old homeless man is facing numerous charges, including making terroristic threats, after he allegedly threatened a victim with a knife on June 26, according to the Princeton Police Department.

Police were sent to a store on Nassau Street to investigate a report of a man who allegedly threatened the victim. The man allegedly damaged a window pane in front of the store.

The man was charged with issuing terrorist threats, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon and criminal mischief, police said.

He was processed and taken to the Mercer County Correction Center.
