Some of marks a Boy Scout must make before being awarded the rank of Eagle Scout include – earning 21 merit badges, completing an Eagle Scout service project, and for at least six months they must serve in a leadership position in the troop.

In September, Cenci with his brother Tyler spearheaded the Cranbury tradition of planting rows of American flags in Heritage Park to honor the lives lost during the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
