Man charged with trespassing

A 25-year-old East Windsor Township man was charged with trespassing after he was observed in the wooded area of the restricted portion of the East Windsor Police Department parking lot One Mile Road, according to the East Windsor Police Department.

A police officer saw the man in the wooded area at 4:30 a.m. April 20. The man ran away, and was subsequently located by the police officer on Dutch Neck Road. He appeared to be intoxicated and was placed under arrest, police said.

The man was taken back to the East Windsor Police Department headquarters, where he was processed and released.
