A Pennington woman was charged with driving under the influence after she was stopped for speeding and nearly struck a guardrail on Route 546 at 7:28 p.m. Sept. 24. She was also issued summonses for speeding, reckless driving, refusal to submit to chemical breath testing, failure to maintain lane and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. She was processed and released.

A Freehold man was arrested on active warrants from Wall Township and Jackson Township after a police officer stopped to investigate a vehicle that had broken down on Pennington Road on Sept. 22. The officer checked the man’s information, which revealed that he was wanted on the warrants. He was processed and released.

A Ewing Township man was arrested on an active warrant from the City of Trenton following a motor vehicle stop on Scotch Road for having a rear license plate that was obstructed and not properly illuminated on Sept. 16. A check of his driver’s license revealed it was suspended. He was arrested on the warrant and also issued a summons for driving while suspended. He was processed and released.
