The Military Order of the Purple Heart, Chapter 27 Somerset County will present a plaque to Starbucks Coffee in recognition of their support of the Chapter’s events and other veteran service organizations events. Making the Presentation to the store’s manager Eliana Loaiza will be Joe Kordzikowski, Chapter Commander and Jim Kopley, Past Chapter Commander.

The Military Order of the Purple Heart is Chartered by Congress as a national Veteran Service Organization (VSO).  Only Purple Heart Medal recipients are eligible to become members. See their website at purpleheart.org to view history, service programs, etc.
