This past month, they’ve had two truck fires resulting in hot loads needing to be ejected onto the street and safely extinguished. The Occupational Training Center has also had two recent fires on the tipping floor caused by lithium-ion batteries exploding. Please remember to be diligent and never put batteries in your curbside recycling container!
