A 35-year-old Lodi man was arrested on an active warrant from the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office following a motor vehicle stop on Route 130 on Sept. 16. He was also charged with having an unregistered vehicle. He was processed and taken to the Mercer County Correction Center.

A 47-year-old Long Branch man was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane and being an unlicensed driver on Route 133 at 1:34 a.m. Sept. 15 after he was stopped by police for weaving. He was processed and released.

A 33-year-old East Windsor Township man was arrested on an active warrant issued by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office after police responded to a call for service on Avon Drive Sept. 14. He was also charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was allegedly found to have suspected crack cocaine in his possession. He was processed and taken to the Mercer County Correction Center.

A 41-year-old Hightstown man was arrested on active warrants from Hamilton Township and the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office and was also charged with failure to signal following a motor vehicle stop on Route 133 on Sept. 14. He was processed and turned over to the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office.

A 33-year-old Hamilton Township man was charged with shoplifting for allegedly filling a shopping cart with tools valued at $810.81 and leaving without paying for them at Home Depot on Sept. 14. The tools were recovered and returned to the store. He was charged on a complaint summons.

A 74-year-old Roebling man was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, careless driving and a lamps violation on Route 130 at 8:58 p.m. Sept. 14 after police were sent to investigate a vehicle that was being driven erratically. He was processed and released.

A 43-year-old East Windsor resident was arrested on an active warrant from Freehold Township after being stopped for a pedestrian traffic violation on Route 33 on Sept. 13. The suspect was also charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a prescription drug without a prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia and walking with traffic. The suspect was processed and turned over to the Freehold Township Police Department.
