A 28-year-old Monroe Township resident was arrested on an active warrant from Guttenberg and was also charged with having an expired vehicle registration following a motor vehicle stop on Route 33 on Sept. 30. The driver was processed and released.

A 41-year-old New York City resident was charged with driving under the influence, careless driving, reckless driving and a lamps violation after a police officer observed the vehicle being driven without its headlights on in the area of Lake Drive and Abbington Drive at 11:13 p.m. Sept. 28. The driver was processed and released.

A 21-year-old Barnegat man was arrested on an active warrant from Toms River Township after he was stopped by a police officer for several motor vehicle equipment violations on Route 33 on Sept. 27. He was processed and turned over to the Toms River Police Department.

A 35-year-old Trenton man was arrested on an active warrant from Hamilton Township after he was stopped by a police officer for having an expired temporary registration on his vehicle on Sept. 26. He was processed and released.
