A 23-year-old East Windsor Township man was arrested on active warrants from East Windsor and Cranbury townships after he was stopped for speeding on Route 133 on Jan. 15. He was also charged with speeding and driving while his license was suspended. He was processed and released after posting bail.

A 34-year-old Texas woman was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on Jan. 14 after a detective responded to Route 33 for a suspicious incident report. During the investigation, she was allegedly found to have suspected crystal methamphetamine in her possession. She was processed and released.

A 42-year-old East Windsor Township man was charged with fraudulent use of a credit card Jan. 9 for allegedly using a credit card at the LukOil gas station on Route 33 that had been reported stolen in September 2024. A detective identified the suspect, who was charged on a complaint summons.

A 59-year-old Perth Amboy man was charged with shoplifting Jan. 9 for allegedly attempting to leave Walmart without paying for $695.20 worth of merchandise in December 2024. He fled before police arrived. The case was assigned to a detective, who identified the suspect and charged him on a complaint summons.
