A shoplifter stole $135.96 worth of baby formula from Stop & Shop Oct. 30. The shoplifter left the scene via a bus on Pennington Road.

A victim reported the theft of $34,391 from his bank account after multiple debits were placed on the account between Oct. 2 and Oct. 21. The incident was reported Oct. 30.

A Pennington woman was charged with driving under the influence and reckless driving after police responded to the Stop & Shop parking lot to investigate reports of an intoxicated person attempting to drive at 4:10 p.m. Oct. 28. She was processed and released.

A Bernardsville man was charged with driving under the influence after he was stopped for speeding on Ingleside Avenue at 3:06 a.m. Oct. 26. He was also charged with reckless driving, speeding, failure to have inspection, failure to obey traffic signs and traffic on marked lanes. He was processed and released.

A political lawn sign was reported stolen from a Dublin Road home sometime between Oct. 25 and Oct. 26. The victim reported seeing the sign on Oct. 25, but upon returning home from work on Oct. 26, it was missing.

A victim reported the theft of an Apple iPhone 16 that had been ordered online. The victim received the box on Oct. 13, but when the box was opened, the iPhone was missing. There was brown tape on the bottom of the box that appeared out of place, so the phone was likely removed before delivery. The incident was reported Oct. 24.

A shoplifter stole $388 worth of medications from Stop & Shop Oct. 18. The shoplifter was observed on surveillance video and is known to have previously shoplifted at the store. The investigation is active and ongoing.

A Pennington woman was arrested on outstanding warrants from the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office, the City of Trenton and Hamilton Township after police responded to a call at a Denow Road home Oct. 12. She was processed and taken to the Mercer County Correction Center.
