The man got into a black sedan and left Bottle King. A police officer located the vehicle, which was being driven erratically, and initiated a motor vehicle stop, police said.

While the officer was speaking to the driver, he noticed cans of open beer that led to additional charges of having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, police said.

The man was processed and released.
