Montgomery: Township Committee race results

Montgomery Township voters cast their votes between four candidates in the Nov. 5 general election for two three-year terms on the Township Committee.

As of Nov. 6, Democratic incumbent Neena Singh has earned 4,949 votes, and Democratic incumbent Dennis Ahn has received 4,710 votes. Republican candidate Marion Sanders received 3,557 votes and Republican candidate Pamela Booth has earned 3,497 votes.

There are 39 write-in votes cast.

The Somerset County Clerk’s Office posted results on its website that are unofficial until a vote-counting process that could take more than a week is complete.

Vote totals as of Nov. 6 do not include late mail-in and provisional ballots; they are expected to be tallied at a later date.
