A 41-year-old Franklin Township woman was charged with careless driving following a two-car crash at the intersection of Fieldcrest Avenue and Sunset Road Aug. 8. She attempted to turn left from Fieldcrest Avenue onto Sunset Road when her 2023 Tesla collided with a 2005 Ford pickup truck traveling on Sunset Road.

A 30-year-old Hillsborough Township woman was taken to Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center after her 2015 Jeep Cherokee struck the rear of a 2023 Toyota Sienna on Route 206 during stop-and-go traffic July 31. She complained of back pain and was taken to the hospital.

A 91-year-old Hopewell woman was charged with careless driving after her 2021 Lexus ES left the roadway on Cherry Valley Road and struck a drainage culvert and a utility pole before coming to rest on the driver’s side July 30. She was extricated from her vehicle and taken to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick.

A 37-year-old Skillman woman was charged with careless driving and failure to maintain lane July 18 after the 2020 Mini Cooper she was driving struck the trailer of a landscaper’s truck that was parked on the shoulder of Route 518 near Brecknell Way. Her vehicle flipped onto its side and rolled over onto its roof before coming to rest. She was extricated from her vehicle and taken to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick.
