A 41-year-old Rahway man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on Nassau Street for obstructing the passage of other vehicles at 3:58 a.m., April 28. He was processed and released after being issued additional motor vehicle summonses.

Someone keyed the driver’s side door and the fender of a vehicle while its owner was at work on North Harrison Street between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. April 23. The estimated cost to repair the damage is less than $500.
A 31-year-old Hamilton Township man was arrested on two active warrants from the Trenton Municipal Court after he was stopped for speeding on Elm Road on April 22. He was also given summonses for speeding and driving while his license was suspended. He was processed and released after posting bail.
A Patton Avenue resident was scammed out of $1,500 after responding to an advertisement for a vehicle on Facebook Marketplace. The victim sent the money via PayPal as a down payment for the vehicle, and later discovered it was a scam. The incident was reported April 21.
A 25-year-old Lawrenceville man was arrested on an active warrant for $550 from the Lawrence Township Municipal Court after he was stopped on Stockton Street for driving without headlights at 11:19 p.m., April 19. He was also given a summons for driving without headlights when they were required. He was processed and released.
