A record player and a vinyl record were reported stolen from Barnes & Noble store at Marketfair on Route 1 Sept. 21. The woman tampered with the security sensors and walked out of the store without paying for the record player and the record.

A suspect from a prior shoplifting incident at Barnes & Noble at Marketfair on Route 1 returned to the store and concealed two books and a lunchbox and left without paying for them on Sept. 21.

Several Breville and Delonghi espresso machines, valued at a combined $5,249.92, were reported stolen from the Williams Sonoma store at Marketfair on Route 1 Sept. 20. Two men entered the store and walked off with the espresso machines while employees were busy helping other customers. The men fled on foot and then escaped in a white sedan.

A woman who entered Best Buy on Nassau Park Boulevard and asked about buying an Apple MacBook casually left the store with the laptop computer after only buying a pack of fruit snacks on Sept. 18. She fled in a black SUV.

A suspect attempting to return an item at Best Buy on Nassau Park Boulevard, became agitated and reached over the counter and stole a 14-inch Apple MacBook Pro valued at $1,599 on Sept. 17. The suspect fled in a car that had been waiting nearby.

A Trenton woman is facing charges of shoplifting, aggravated assault and resisting arrest after she allegedly stole some items from Target on Nassau Park Boulevard on Sept. 15. She resisted arrest when she was confronted by an officer at a nearby store, which led to a physical altercation. She fled in her vehicle, causing injuries to the officer.

Five suspects stole an assortment of merchandise from Target on Nassau Park Boulevard on Sept. 15. They removed the security devices, concealed the items and left the store without paying for them. Surveillance video of the incident is under review.
