A 43-year-old Monroe man was arrested on an active warrant from East Windsor Township following a traffic stop on Route 130 on Oct. 15. He was processed and released after posting bail.

A 23-year-old Hempstead, N.Y. resident was charged with driving under the influence and reckless driving after a police officer checked on a vehicle that was parked on Abbington Drive with its hazard lights on at 10:44 p.m. Oct. 13. The driver was processed and released.

Two Newark men, ages 24 and 32, were charged with shoplifting for allegedly taking merchandise worth $177.81 and leaving Walmart without paying on Oct. 13. They were processed and released.

A 21-year-old Neptune woman was arrested on an active warrant from Deal Borough following a motor vehicle stop for driving the wrong way on Route 33 on Oct. 12. She was also charged with driving while suspended and failure to maintain lane. She was processed and released.

A 38-year-old Trenton woman was charged with driving under the influence and other offenses after a police officer was sent to the Ethel McKnight Elementary School on Twin Rivers Drive at 2:53 p.m. Oct. 11. She was also charged with reckless driving, careless driving, refusal to submit to a breath test, having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and having an unregistered motor vehicle. She was processed and released.
