Man charged with theft at Crunch Fitness gym

A 22-year-old Princeton man was charged with theft, credit card theft and fraudulent use of credit cards after he was allegedly observed sifting through a Crunch Fitness member’s gym bag, May 23, according to the East Windsor Police Department.

Police have been investigating several incidents of credit card theft at the Crunch Fitness, located on Mercer Street, since January. During the course of the investigation, police developed a suspect confirmed to be the person going through the gym member’s bag.

The man was arrested, processed and released on a complaint summons.
