Prior & Nami Business Systems capped the Hamilton Township Over 45 Senior Men’s Softball League season by winning both the regular-season and playoff championships.

The Hamilton-based team is sponsored by Prior & Nami Business Systems, a longtime local company owned by Tony Nami.

Hamilton Township’s recreation department has been developing its senior softball offerings in recent years. A township annual report said its 45-and-over senior softball program included six teams and about 120 participants during a six-week trial season in September and October 2025. That season featured doubleheaders and 20 games overall.

Prior & Nami has longstanding ties to Hamilton Township. The business traces its roots to the Prior Typewriter Company, founded in 1910, and now operates as an office technology and business systems company at 1666 Hamilton Ave. Nami, a lifelong Hamilton resident, became a partner in the company in 1990 and later purchased it.

Nami also has a history of supporting recreational sports and community organizations in Hamilton. A Hamilton Area YMCA biography notes that he has coached local basketball and soccer programs and has sponsored recreational sports teams, including senior softball.
