Greater Middlesex and Morris Habitat for Humanity (GMM Habitat) will host its Stand Up for Veterans Comedy Night on November 12, bringing the community together for an evening of laughter, camaraderie and support for those who have served our country.

The event includes a buffet dinner and an entertaining night of stand-up comedy while raising awareness and support for GMM Habitat’s efforts to help veterans access safe, decent and affordable housing. Through its Veterans Initiative, GMM Habitat works to address critical housing needs by building affordable homes and providing essential home repairs that help veterans remain safe and independent in their homes.

The event will be held at the Randolph Diner located at 517 Route 10 in Randolph beginning at  6 p.m. The show starts at 7:30 p.m.

“Veterans have given so much in service to our country, and they deserve the opportunity to live in a safe, stable and affordable home,” said Liz DeCoursey, CEO of GMM Habitat. “Stand Up for Veterans Comedy Night is a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together, enjoy a great evening of entertainment and make a meaningful difference in the lives of local veterans.”

Featuring headliner Bob Nelson, the event line-up includes Terry-Ann Zander, Janet Regensburg and Chip Ambrogio.

Currently, GMM Habitat is building seven low- to moderate-income houses with a veteran’s preference in Budd Lake. Applications are due on November 30, 2026, and a random selection for eligible applicants will be held on December 22, 2026.
