The Old Bridge Police Department will host a Coffee with a Cop from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Turning Point at 2020 Route 9.

The Old Bridge Shade Tree Commission invites the public to an Arbor Day ceremony at 2:30 p.m. at the Old Bridge Public Library. The township conservation officer/forester, Gary Lovallo and members of the Public Works Department will plant a tree during the ceremony. Savvy Seniors – A Safety Awareness Workshop for Seniors will be held at 2 p.m. Professor Douglas S. Collier, professor of Criminal Justice at Monmouth University and a former DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) Special Agent, will lead the session. The Old Bridge Police Department is hosting the 2026 Youth Police Academy and is now accepting applications. The academy is open to any students entering 6th, 7th or 8th grade in September and attends a private or public school in the township. The Academy will be held at the Old Bridge Township Police Department from Monday to Friday, July 20 to 24 from 8 a.m. to approximately 3 p.m. Spots are limited to 30 applicants. Visit the Old Bridge Police Department’s social media page for an application. A completed application and a check payment in the amount of $125 made payable to the Township of Old Bridge addressed to the Old Bridge Police Department, One Old Bridge Plaza, Old Bridge, NJ 08857. Through May – Old Bridge Municipal Utilities Authority is conducting its Spring Flushing program from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily. The water may show a light discoloration, which is temporary.
