Frances Borutta (1947 – 2024) died peacefully on June 30, 2024 with family and loved ones present. She was born in Manhattan, New York City before becoming fostered by Lucy and Tony Albanese of Queens, NY through the New York Foundling Center. Frances had been a resident of Lawrence Township for over 50 years where she raised her two sons, Brian (deceased) and Richard of Oakland Calif.
In addition to her son Richard, she is survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Frances Borutta will be interred at Ewing Cemetery Association. To honor her memory donations to nyfoundling.org would be greatly appreciated by her family.
