Courtesy of the Lawrence Historical Society Volunteers led by Emelia Achacoso were on site helping the Lawrence Historical Society rehabilitate the Brearley House’s colonial garden. Achacoso, who is in the society’s Junior Historian Club, is coordinating the project for her Girl Scout Gold Star Award. The garden itself was built in 2001 by Paul Nicholas for his Eagle Scout project.
