Township recognizes photo contest winners

Hopewell Township celebrated the winners of the township’s 2024 photo contest.

The photo contest winners were recognized with a proclamation and photo gallery in the township municipal building auditorium at a Township Committee meeting on Jan. 27.

The winning photos are featured in the township calendar – Scenes of Hopewell Township 2025. Each homeowner is receiving a copy of the calendar in the mail, according to the township.

Hopewell Township’s 2024 Photo contest had 126 photos submitted by 37 photographers. The images were taken throughout the township.

Some 209 community members voted in the contest for their favorite photos.

The contest winners included Anita Bhala, Ranajit Bhol, Laura Bowen, Michael Chipowsky, Sari DeCesare, Rebecca Deporte, Andrea Fereshteh, Stacey Gennace, Nirmal Siyaal Jain, Amanda Janack, Ramesh Kumar, Marisa McGilliard, Craig Reed, Daniel Robinson, David Van Selous, and Sharie Verdu.

The winning images are on display on the walls in the township municipal building auditorium.

Residents and visitors are able to view the photos anytime during business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The images can also be viewed online at www.hopewelltwp.org.
