A 28-year-old East Windsor Township man was charged with driving under the influence and failure to maintain lane after a police officer observed his vehicle being driven erratically on Route 33 at 9:20 a.m. Dec. 25. A 48-year-old Plainfield man was arrested on an active warrant from Union County following a traffic stop on Route 130 for having defective brake lights on his vehicle Dec. 19. He was also issued a summons for maintenance of lamps. He was processed and turned over to the Union County Sheriff’s Office.
