A 45-year-old Franklin Township man was arrested on an active warrant for $550 from the Montgomery Township Municipal Court following a motor vehicle stop on Stockton Street March 17. The man was also issued summonses for being an unlicensed driver, driving while his license was suspended, driving with a suspended vehicle registration and not having liability coverage on a motor vehicle. He was processed and turned over to the Montgomery Township Police Department.

Two bicycles were reported missing from a bicycle storage area at the Avalon Princeton apartment building on Albert Way. The thefts, which were reported March 16, occurred between Oct. 5, 2024 and March 10.

Two packages were reported stolen from the front porch of a Park Place home March 14. The packages had a combined value of $155.87.

A victim reported the theft of her wallet from inside her purse while she visited a business on Nassau Street March 12. The suspect tried to make several fraudulent purchases, using the victim’s credit cards.

A section of Nassau Street was closed off between Linden Lane and Chestnut Street after a 2010 Ford Ranger pickup truck caught fire in a parking lot behind a building in the 200 block of Nassau Street March 12. Responding police officers attempted to extinguish the growing fire. The Princeton Fire Department responded and put out the fire.
