The board of the Hopewell Harvest Fair is pleased to announce that the 38th Annual Hopewell Harvest Fair is scheduled for Saturday, September 19, 2026! It will be held on the grounds of Hopewell Elementary School. The rain date is Saturday, October 3.

The Hopewell Harvest Fair is a cherished local tradition, attracting fair-goers from all over the area to enjoy a day of old-fashioned fun. The Hopewell Harvest Fair is a volunteer-led 501(c)(3) non-profit, and all money raised through fundraising and ticket sales that were not spent on Fair expenses are donated to other local non-profits through our Community Grant Program.

The Hopewell Harvest Fair welcomes local businesses and organizations to lend their support to the Fair and our Grant Program for local charities! If you are interested in sponsoring, review Sponsorship Levels and sign-up instructions on our website. Sponsorships secured and paid before June 1 make a significant difference, helping us plan the full range of amenities we can offer at the Fair.

The annual Cover Art Contest is also back! The Fair is looking for beautiful and eye-catching original artwork to grace the cover of the Almanac, as well as promotional products like posters and postcards. 2026 marks the 100th anniversary of the first class to enter what was then known as the Hopewell Grammar School. To celebrate the centennial the Fair is looking for art that creatively and colorfully blends school life (such as learning, teaching, students and faculty, the building itself, or anything related) with the spirit of the fall harvest season. The submission deadline is July 20th, and a $250 prize will be awarded to the winning design. For full contest details, visit the contest page on the Hopewell Harvest Fair website.

The Fair bolsters community spirit during the event as well as throughout the year, by providing scholarships for local students and grants for non-profit organizations. The Hopewell Harvest Fair Community Grant Program has awarded more than $225,000 to local nonprofits including Scouting America, Girl Scouts, local school PTOs, HomeFront, Younity, The Chubby’s Project, Sourland Conservancy, and many others.
